Today I received a link from a friend who’s also a dietitian to a video that I felt compelled to share. Mostly because I found myself guilty of doing the “fat talk” too.  So here’s my pledge to no fat talking. It won’t be easy and if you “catch me” please point it out to me. 

I think it’s super important to make the right choices to stay healthy but the “fat talk” doesn’t really achieve anything. In fact, it only has negative consequences. So, watch the video and commit to no fat talking. Here’s to a healthier happier you (and your friends as well).
