Ian

Meet little Ian. Almost two weeks old and oh so perfect!

I drove down to Tucson for this session and it was so great to spend the afternoon with this family.

Ian’s mom, Viviane, is also from Brazil and prepared the most delicious brazilian meal for us. Thank you so much, Vivi! The left over pao-de-queijo didn’t even make it to the end of your street

Sorry, food always distracts me. Back to the pictures. A close-up of his perfectness. If that’s not a real word, it should be, because that’s the only way to describe this:

Seriously! How cute can one be!?!!
I had to post this next picture for three reasons:

1. These are Ian’s dad’s, David, old shoes (which makes it really really special and therefore blog-worthy)

2. They say RUFF STUFF in the back (which made me smile and I hope it makes you smile)

3. My husband couldn’t stop laughing as he pointed out to me that even during a newborn session I find a way to photograph shoes (and I thought that might make you laugh too).

Vivi and David, thanks again so so much! You guys are so great! I wish we lived closer as I have a feeling we would be BFFs

I hope I get to see you all again really soon.

Beth & Matt

I met Beth and Matt this last Thursday at the Desert Botanical Gardens. They wanted to do their session there since they have a lot of out-of-town guests and they wanted to show off the natural Arizona beauty. I hope I did it justice.

Kristina & Brian

One of my cousins who’s one of my faithful blog readers asked me a few weeks back if I really do love my clients and have as much fun as I say I do on my blog and I answered her: “Absolutely!”. However, the truth is, sometimes I feel like I don’t even have the words to adequately express just how much! Which happens to be the case with Kristina and Brian. But you don’t have to believe my words. Just take a look at these photos and I hope you will be able to tell just how much fun they are as well as what beautiful people they are inside and out:

I really loved meeting these two. They never said no to anything! Me: “hey, guys could you climb up on this old truck, please? K&K: Sure! Me: Now can you please sit on this really dirty, dusty chair? K&K: No problem! Me: “could you please turn your feet this way, your head that way and look the other way? K&K: Yep! Seriously, they were so much fun! And to make it even better, Krista is also a photographer and picked such a great location for their shoot.
